-
What type of window cleaning do you do?We clean Residential, Commercial, Strata, Industrial and Government building windows - inside and out. We can access just about any windows from ground floor up to 3 story’s high, and gutters up to 3 story’s high.

How can you reach the outsides of my high windows? Most windows can be accessed from inside. We also use poles and tall ladders where possible. For windows above 2 to 3 stories that can't be accessed from inside, we have a long water-fed pole with pure water system, which delivers sparkling results to glass and the surrounds. This amazing technology can reach up to 70 feet, or 20 meters high!
-
Are your cleaning products safe? While most companies just wet your glass and squeegee it dry, our process includes a third process, which involves scrubbing the glass. This removes the build-up of tree sap, mulch spores, and bird droppings etc. that sticks to the glass. This leaves your windows looking not only cleaner, but most of our customers agree it helps them stay cleaner longer. If other companies perform this work, it is usually at an extra charge. This exterior process is standard on all first-time cleanings from The Window Boyz.
-

Do you clean after building work?Yes we do, there are some factors we need to be made aware of like whether there is paint or concrete on the windows.
-
Do you still come if it is raining? We normally continue working if it is raining lightly. However, if we consider the weather dangerous for work, i.e. thunder storms and wild winds, then we would re-schedule for another day that suits you.
-
But doesn't rain make the windows dirty? Not really. The three main reasons windows become dirty are: Pollen & Dust/Pollution Insect droppings Finger prints If these are present on the glass when it rains, the residue in the rain attaches itself to the dirt and often makes the windows look worse. If the windows have recently been cleaned, then the rain will simply run off the clean glass and the windows continue to remain clean.
-
What about my blinds or curtains, do I need to take them down?"While any assistance is welcome, it is not necessary. It does facilitate the process though and many customers do prefer to help out, especially with the removal of window grids. Typically, our technicians can work around almost everything in the house!
